About Kilimanjaro Mountain

Rising majestically above the plains of northern Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest mountain and one of the world’s most iconic trekking destinations. Standing at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet) above sea level, this legendary volcanic mountain offers an unforgettable adventure through changing landscapes, from tropical forests and alpine meadows to glaciers and the snow-covered summit of Uhuru Peak.

Unlike many high-altitude mountains, Kilimanjaro can be climbed without technical mountaineering skills, making it one of the most accessible mountain trekking experiences in Africa.
