Your journey, day by day
- Day 1
Zanzibar – Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu
Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your private safari guide will meet you and begin the journey to Tarangire National Park.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Depending on the season, you may see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions, and many species of birds.
After the game drive, continue to the Karatu area near the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and overnight.

- Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater – Full-Day Crater Experience
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas.
Spend the day exploring the crater floor on a game drive. The crater is home to an impressive concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, lions, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino and white rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your wildlife exploration. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to your lodge in Karatu.

- Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha – Zanzibar
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for approximately six hours of game viewing.
Lake Manyara is a beautiful and diverse park known for its large elephant population, birdlife, forest landscapes, and the possibility of seeing tree-climbing lions.
After the game drive, drive back to Arusha Airport in time for your evening flight to Zanzibar.
