About Mikumi National Park

How to Reach
- Mikumi is easily accessible from Dar es Salaam by road, train, or air. A scenic drive via the Morogoro Highway takes around 5–6 hours, while the SGR train offers a comfortable journey to Morogoro followed by a short road transfer to the park. For a faster option, charter and scheduled flights from Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar connect to nearby airstrips, allowing you to begin your Mikumi safari with ease.
