Ang’ata Kimarishe Camp
What this collection feels like
Ang’ata Kimarishe Camp is one of the camps we use in the central Serengeti, around the Kimarishe area. We choose it for travellers who want to stay close to the wildlife while still having a comfortable place to rest after a full day on safari. The camp has spacious tented rooms, private bathrooms, a relaxed lounge and freshly prepared meals. Its location also makes it a practical base for exploring different parts of the Serengeti.
Activities
Your main experience here is safari.
From the camp, you can enjoy game drives through the central Serengeti, looking for lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes and large herds of wildlife. Depending on your itinerary, we can also arrange experiences such as a hot-air balloon safari.
The Lodge Room
Comfortable safari tents with the essentials you need.
The camp has 12 rooms, including connected family rooms. Each tent has comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom and a simple seating area, giving you a private space to relax while still feeling part of the Serengeti.
Lodge Comfort
Simple comfort in the middle of the wilderness.
There is a shared lounge where you can sit, enjoy a drink and talk about the day’s safari. In the evening, the campfire adds a natural African atmosphere when conditions allow.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared at the camp. Meals are served in the dining area, with different menu options available, including special dietary requirements when requested in advance.
Drinks

The camp has a bar with a selection of drinks, including wine. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are also available in the lounge.
